Page Layouts, Review, and Approval Cycle
We work closely with our clients to thoroughly combine the input we have received from them with all of the materials that have been assembled that will convey and illustrate their business online. Photos, videos, written descriptions, testimonials, and other materials will be put in a form that is consistent with the planning that was just completed. Throughout this process, the client and the target audience(s) will be kept in mind to be sure that the result is the most effective communication between the two.
The website layout is the first glance at how this can come together. We may do this as a graphic sketch or an actual graphic design. The primary function of the layout is to represent the information structure, visualize the content, and demonstrate the basic functionality of the website. Layouts contain colors, logos, images and can give a general understanding of the future product.
With that, we meet with our client to review the layout and get feedback. Oftentimes changes are made at this stage to better meet the client’s expectations. Sometimes, this is repeated until total satisfaction is achieved.
Content Writing and Assembly
We work closely with our clients on the content writing and compiling of the visual content to ensure a continuation of the creation of the desired presentation. This is where the message that the web site is intended to communicate is formed and the reaction of visitors to the site can be managed with calls-to-action, resulting in them responding by communicating in return.
Content writing involves also creation of catching headlines, text editing, writing new text, compiling the existing text, etc., again which heavily involves the client. Generally, the client undertakes to provide website content ready to migrate to the site with our guidance.
Production
Following all of the preparation to this point, we are able to build out the website in a preview form which our clients can view privately as we go along. This includes the building of individual pages with the navigation system organizing them in sections and sub-sections that are logically arranged and easy to understand.
We pay particular attention to the optimization of website elements ( e.g., title, description, keywords) that can help the client’s site achieve higher rankings in the search engines.
Testing, Review and Launch
After testing all pages for errors, typos, etc., and links contained within them the website is reviewed with the client. With the client’s approval, the website is made live.
